Accessible Transport for Individuals

Bush Accessible Transport Services (BATS) provides an affordable transport service for individuals who find it difficult or even impossible to use regular public transport services. Our accessible vehicles are suitable for transport to go shopping, on social visits to see a friend or to attend a medical appointment, for example.

We are based in Pontypridd and operate throughout the area, including Tonteg, Church Village, Llantwit Fardre and Beddau. Our service is a ‘door to door’ service, meaning we can collect you from your home and take you right to your chosen destination, and will then return you to your home after your trip.

BATS operate multiple vehicles, which are fully accessible for wheelchair users, are fitted with ramps, tail lifts and adjustable seating and have up to 12 passenger seats. Our vehicles are available for use 7 days a week. Our team are kind, helpful and dedicated to making sure your journey with us is safe and enjoyable. They can help you to your seat, if you require, or help to secure your wheelchair for the journey, if you use one.
